This week we are thinking about adding. I would like you to find all the different ways to make 10. These are called number bonds to 10. You could use the beadstring we made on maths morning or make your own tens frame from the lollipop sticks we sent home. There are lots of ways to help you see and remember the number bonds to 10.

8+2 = 10

5+5 = 10

There are some rapid recall activities on Study Ladder for you to use and adding activities on Busy Things  too.

This week we are going to look at a play of Jack and the Beanstalk. You can choose which colour line to join in with or turn off the sound on the video and take turns with your family. Maybe you could even act it out!

This week’s writing task is to think about what you would like to find at the top of your beanstalk. Draw what you would like it to be to help you think then write a description of it.
